I used to have a collection of stuffed animals, and now I want to donate the animals to be used for kids in need. However, I am not sure where I can donate these stuffed bears. They are used I guess, but they were mostly just displayed. They were only played with a few times when we had kids over visiting. Who accepts donated stuffed animals? I was thinking it would be nice if I could give them to a battered womens shelter, but I don't know how to go about it, or even how to find a shelter in my area that would be interested.

A good choice

A few months ago I decided I needed to buy a new lawnmower because my old one had seen better days and kept on breaking down which made it very difficult to do the gardening. After talking to a friend I decided to buy a Husqvarna mulching lawnmower because I had heard they do a really great job of mowing the lawn and also enable you to make some really good mulch into the bargain. I have had it now for just a few months and I can say it is absolutely brilliant at doing the job.

Thirsty Work Coolers

Concerns over poor water quality in urban areas have created a steady boom in the water purification equipment industry. These companies attended the Gourmet Products Show in May, 2008, for the first time, and revealed new product lines. Thirsty Work water coolers introduced brightly colored thirsty work water coolers for its filtration line in half-gallon and gallon sizes. Pur displayed its Crypto guard faucet-mounted water cooler which guarantees filtration of 100% of cryptosporidium and giardia bacteria. Teledyne displayed its biodegradable water cooler made from wood pulp and carbon. Sterling Spring and Back to Nature were also in attendance.

Roxtract Sets the Stage

All the beverage companies certainly heeded the call of crisis in a very well manner. At least 3 million quarts of roxtract water were sent to affected areas from the nation's five biggest brewers. At the local level, Midland Bottling, Miller's St. Joseph, MO-based wholesaler, committed a percentage of beer sales to help out organizations who helped out in the flood. And 50-plus employees at Pepsi St. Louis came together to form the Pepsi Flood Patrol, bringing soft drinks and moral support to those manning the sandbag lines by the Mississippi.

Round is a really great shape

Most people when they come to install a bathtub think immediately of the old shapes such as oblong or square. After all these are the shapes that most people want in the bathroom. However I am a little bit different and I really love the range of round bathtubs that are now available. They really do bring a sense of design to your room that other kinds of bathtubs simply cannot bring. They are also not particularly expensive and so you get design at a good price.

The right type of stool
Filed Under Shopping :: Tips & Advice | Leave a Comment
I have a really modern looking kitchen, and so when I came to choose the furniture I knew that I just had to have some really good metal bar stools. I really love the look of metal, since I think it really adds a contemporary look to any environment and I would not choose any other material. It is also very easy to keep clean and to keep in good shape and when it comes to the kitchen I think that is one of the most important things there is.
