I wonder how often you can get promoted at Macy’s. I already have a BA, but if I want to have higher positions, I have to start out as a sales associate. How quickly do you get promoted?

Hi everyone, I haven’t finished by CBT courses just yet nor my shadowing. I should be starting soon. I would like to hear from FORMER or CURRENT Macy’s employees. What should I expect? Any words of wisdom, what to watch out for, how can I perform by best.
Even how can I speed the promotion process. I heard of a girl starting seasonal last december and is now an assistant manager.
I already have a bachelor’s degree.

I am interested in purchasing a bedroom set from Macy’s but was informed by a friend that Macy’s gives u the mattress when u purchase the bedroom set. Is that true?
