   If its like a rewards card you should be abel to go over to a kiosk and enter the customers personal info, Not sure what a frank check is. Most companys link your employee # to your discount so they can track what your buying and if your paying for it. so i would find out what my employee # is. Thanks!

   The employee discount is either through a Macy’s Charge account (if you open one). You can also have a prepaid card (like a prepaid credit card) and you just put the amount of the item you are going to buy w/ the employee discount onto this card and pay for you item this way.

   i am also a new hire at macys … i dont know the answer to your question but maybe you can answer mine … i havent been to orientation or training yet but i need to my myself a schedule asap so i can tell other employes what my availability is … on the employeeconnection website its not letting me drag and drop a schedule … when will i get my schedule do you know?

   You can open an account through the register. Whenever you ring up a purchase and then select Macy’s card as payment, there should also be two new options “Open Account” and “Lookup Account.” Also you can do it if you go under Macy’s Card Options on the first screen and then you can select New Account from there. You frank checks through the register as well, whenever you select a check as a form of payment, at one point it’ll ask you to insert it to print. If you look at the register part where you get the receipts printed, you should see a picture thing that gives directions for inserting checks. And you get your employee discount when you use your macy’s credit or debit card, the discount will come off on your statement. Hope this helps!
