How do I get a Macy’s Visa upgrade offer?

I currently have a regular Macy’s card, but would like to upgrade to a Macy’s Visa. The other day my aunt received an offer in the mail to upgrade her Macy’s card to a Visa. What criteria do I need to meet to receive an upgrade offer? FYI: I’ve had my card for over 3 years, have a $2500 limit, use it quite often, and have never had a late payment. I also have a credit score in the low 700s.

      Your credit is very good. Call their customer service number and ask them for an upgrade. The worst they can do is say no.
