How long does it take for the Macy’s Visa to come in the mail?

I went to macy’s today and applied for their visa card and got approved. I was wondering how long it normally takes to get the card? Some say one week, others say three weeks..how long did it take for some of u guys who have the card?
Also, do u think the Macys credit card is a good way to start building credit for someone who does not have credit history?
