Child of the King 2007 asked:

I am going to watch it and turn down the songs I don’t like. What about you do you like the Macy’s Parade?

I love watching it, but I’m going to be up late making all the desserts tonight so I may just sleep in.

Of course I am, who isn’t? Those floats are just too cool!

We always have it on in the background while we are prepping for dinner and socializing. The kids point out particularly cool floats, and then at the end, we all stop to watch Santa Claus coming!!!

Oh yes it is like a tradition I am up all night with the turkeys and hams that have my java and relax while watching them and finishing the dinner. Happy Thanksgiving all…

I love the balloons and the really bad quips from the announcers - it’s so bad, it’s funny! This will be the first year that my daughter (2 1/2) will really appreciate it, so we are looking forward to what she thinks about the parade. One of these years, I’d like to go to NYC and experience it in person, but we’d have to go out for Thanksgiving Dinner because the train ride back home is 2 hours.

I think I’ve watched it every year of my life, hopefully my sister in law lets me watch it at her house this year.
