How to request credit line increase from Macy’s?

I want to request a credit line increase for my Macy’s card but can’t find that option on the website or 1866#. If you’ve gotten a credit line increase from Macy’s, please tell me how. Thanks!

      call the number on the back of the card, and ask the rep to increase your credit line.

      they may or may not depending on your credit score.

      Look at one of your statements. It will show a customer service 800#. Just call and ask. If you’ve been a good paying customer they’ll grant your request because they want your business.

      Make sure when you call customer service you talk to a supervisor. Usually, the regular customer service reps are not allowed to negotiate the terms on a card (interest rates, credit limits, etc.)
