I want to request a donation from Macy’s for one winter jacket for a needy child. Who would I contact and what is the probability that they would do this?

      Probably marketing.

As someone who works at a department store, I think that your best bet would be either the appeal manager (if your store has one), or the store’s general manager.

The chances of this happening depend on who the managers are, as some are more nicer and caring than others.

If you do get someone to agree though, remember to get their name, and ask when they’ll work next. Always keep in mind that while one manager may agree, the others might not know about it, and if the first manager isn’t there, you’ll have a bit of a problem.
